Maria Mpaziakou is a graduate of the Biology department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2021 she completed her internship at a Specialized Andrological Laboratory in Thessaloniki.

In 2022, after completing her studies, she became a member of the Embryolab laboratory team.

She has attended seminars concerning the Laboratory Investigation & Therapeutic Treatment of Male Infertility at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

In 2024 she completed the postgraduate program entitled “Human Reproduction” at the Department of Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and her thesis was on the effect of antioxidants on sperm DNA fragmentation.
