Nikolaidis

BA, MEd., PhD

CEO

Dr. Dimitrios V. Nikolaidis, BA, M.Ed., Ph.D., is an American-educated executive. He specialized in the organization and management of services, while his research interests are also in the same subject (investigation of factors that influence customer satisfaction and elements that determine quality in services).

D. Nikolaidis worked in management positions in companies both in Greece and the USA. He was for a number of years Head of the Business Administration and Economics Department of the International Department of the University of Sheffield, City College, where he continues to hold the position of Associate Professor.

He is a visiting professor at Tilburg University, TIAS Business School in The Netherlands, while teaching at a postgraduate level at Aristotle University, Thessaloniki.

His articles have been published in national and international journals while he has been invited to various seminars and workshops, analyzing topics of organizational development, services quality management, communication, innovation, and product / service development.

Dimitrios Nikolaidis holds the position of General Manager since 2017. He supports people-centered management. He works cohesively and believes strongly in the power of individuals when working together.

He joined the Embryolab team for 3 simple reasons: the Values and vision, the positive and capable people and the incredible commitment to quality and transparency.

His main purpose is the preservation of quality in every aspect of the operation, the development of people and the optimization of services and operations.
